VAMPIRES have existed within human folklore for centuries, particularly in europe and asia, but in the present day they are common icons of halloween and horror pop culture.

Marceline the Vampire Queen
adventure time is one of my favorite pieces of media like EVER, so it's no surprise that marceline would end up on this list :-) she's so rad! she plays the bass! she's a half-demon! she's yuri with princess bubblegum! she is certainly one of the vampires ever.
Sinners (2025)
not only is this a incredibly interesting take on vampires, the time and place that this movie is set in is quite the original setting for a horror movie, especially about vampires. also i think this particular depiction is scary as fuck! the way that the vampires turn the humans in the movie is honestly quite gory and painful. and their motive to turn others into vampires is unique (but i'm not going to spoil it! go watch sinners)
